Online Registration (OLR) 2023
Online Registration (OLR) for the 2024-25 school year will begin at the end of May. Parents of enrolled students will receive an email notification when the OLR window opens.
The William S. Hart Union High School District uses Online Registration (OLR) to collect District-wide forms and update student records for each school year. OLR must be completed for every student, every year.
1. Create an Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal Account for the Hart District
Request an Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal account for the Hart District here:
You will receive an email from [email protected] with your username and temporary password (Be sure to check your SPAM folder too). Please note that requests are processed individually and may take up to 5 business days.
If you already have a Hart District IC parent account for your junior high/high school student, you can skip this step - your child will be added to your existing account.

2. Complete Online Registration
Beginning on May 25th, sign in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal from the Campus Parent Mobile App or by visiting https://hartdistrict.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/hart.jsp
Once signed in, select "More" from the left side menu then select "Online Registration".
The next screen will show your active students in the Hart District. Click the "Begin Registration" button at the bottom of the screen.

FAQs
Do I need another account?
Your child's elementary school is not part of the William S. Hart Union High School District. So, your existing account with Saugus Union School District will not work for your incoming 7th grade student. You will need to create an account for the Hart District unless you have older children who attend a Hart District junior high or high school.
If you already have older children attending a Hart District junior high or high school, you don't need to create another account. Your incoming student will be added to your existing account.
I'm logged in to Infinite Campus but I can't see my child.
If you're logged into the app, be sure you are logged in to your Hart District Infinite Campus account. If you are currently logged in to your Saugus Union District account, you will need to log out and switch districts on the login page. When prompted for the District Search, type William S Hart.
If you are logged in on a computer, be sure you are accessing Infinite Campus through the Hart District's login page: https://hartdistrict.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/hart.jsp
I already did this. Do I need to do it again?
Yes, the William S. Hart Union High School District uses Online Registration (OLR) to collect annual forms and update student records for each school year. OLR must be completed for every student, every year.
If your student is new to the Hart District, the forms included in Online Registration (OLR) were not part of the initial enrollment forms. OLR contains different forms and must be completed in addition to the enrollment forms.
