In an effort to consolidate all information and resources available to students, families, staff and the community, the Hart School District has created a webpage called #SaugusStrong. On that page are links for local crisis support resources, donations, resources specific to violence, trauma and schools, as well as frequently asked questions. From the District website, you will find #SaugusStrong at the top of our Quick Links. This link will be published across all school websites and will be updated as more information becomes available.

We are conducting a brief survey to see if there is interest in the possibility of providing transportation from Arroyo Seco to the Boys and Girls Club's after school program in Newhall for the 2019-20 school year. New Campus Portal Parent App

Check out the Infinite Campus Portal apps! Pictured (to the left) is the new Parent version. There is also a specific Student version. If you update the old app, you will be directed to get the new app and can choose the Parent or Student version (you may need to refresh). These new versions allow access to additional reports, including unofficial transcripts, and a user-friendly class schedule, which will be particularly helpful when the second quarter starts on October 22.

'Rroyo Rodeo Roundup!

Join us March 13, from 5-7pm for 'Rroyo's Rodeo Roundup Dance! Seco's last dance of the year will feature a DJ, photobooth, inflatables, and live animals. Wellness Expo - 2/27 @ 5:00

Arroyo Seco is excited to announce the Grand Opening of The Break Room, our new campus wellness center. We will be hosting a Break Room Opening and Wellness Expo as a way of giving back to the parents, community, WiSH Foundation and the district for their contribution to The Break Room. We would like to invite you to experience how this space will serve our students and access many of the resources available to parents, students, and staff. PACE Presents: Digitally Distracted: Parenting in the Age of Technology

This is a FREE event intended to help parents understand and work with their children addicted to their electronic devices. Tom Kersting is a nationally renowed authority on mental health and the author of "Disconnected -- How to Reconnect Our Digitally Distracted Kids." Tom's presentation will focus on: Technology use and mental health, How much screen time is too much, Strategies to help your child reduce anxiety, How much sleep is acceptable to your child, Creating leaders, not followers, Your role as a parent. Many Families, One Community

The Sulphur Springs Union and William S. Hart Union High school districts are hosting the fourth annual “Many Families, One Community” Family Resource Fair at Golden Valley High School Feb. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Family Resource Fair provides students at the junior high and high school grade levels, along with their parents or guardians, the opportunity to hear speakers, learn about college prep and visit resource booths.
