Honor Society

There will be one induction into Honor Society in the spring. In January, 7th and 8th grade students who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher for Quarters 1 and 2 will be notified that they are eligible to be considered for induction into the Arroyo Seco Honor Society. After students are notified, there will be a mandatory meeting where they will receive detailed information and will sign an Honor Society Code of Conduct Agreement. 

 To be invited for induction in Quarter 4, students must:

• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher through Quarter 3
• Complete 9 hours of community service at a non-profit organization
• Maintain good citizenship and attendance at Arroyo Seco
• Submit all required service-hour documentation by the established deadline

Any service hours completed since August 2026 can count towards the 9 hours needed. Visit the Counselors' Corner Google Classroom for information, a list of community service organizations and the service hours verification form.

Students who meet all requirements will receive an invitation to participate in the Quarter 4 induction ceremony. We are excited to recognize our Seco students for their academic achievement and leadership at our school!
