Summer Check-In 2023

Summer Check-in for the 2024-25 school year will be held on August 5th & 6th, 2024. More information will be posted in July. Parents of enrolled students will receive an email notification when Summer Check-in information becomes available.

Welcome to Arroyo Seco for the 2023-2024 school year! See below (or click the file to the right) for the dates and times of this year's summer check-in process.  During this process, students will take yearbook photos, as well as receive their student ID cards and textbooks.  
8th grade: Tuesday, August 1 from 7:30 - 12:00 pm (see attachment for alpha breakdown)
7th grade: Wednesday, August 2 from 7:30 - 12:00 pm (see attachment for alpha breakdown)
*** Be sure to complete the Student Nighttime Residency Questionnaire Affidavit and the Voluntary Activities Participation Form before coming to Summer Check-In! ***

*Before your child can participate in the summer check-in, you must complete (7th & new 8th graders) or update (returning 8th graders) your information through the Online Registration (OLR) process.
