Team Rules
1. Be Positive – Use kind words and actions.
2. Be On Time – Be in your seat, ready to start, when class begins.
3. Be Prepared – Bring all materials and have your work ready.
4. Be Respectful – Treat classmates, staff, and school property with care.
5. Do Your Best – Give full effort on all work and activities.
Team Expectations
- On time means students are in their assigned seat ready to learn.
- No hats, hoods, or beanies in classrooms.
- No gum anywhere on campus.
- No grooming (brushing hair, applying makeup, etc.) during class.
- Cell phones must be off and kept in backpacks during the school day.
- Air Pods (wireless earbuds) must be kept in backpacks during the school day.
- Wired headphones must stay put away until a teacher says you can use them.
- Bathroom use is for emergencies only (use the bathroom pass if needed).

Google Classroom
- History: Google Classroom will be used for posting weekly agendas, digital assignments, and the Interactive Notebook (INB) Table of Contents.
- Math and Science: All assignments and materials will be posted daily on Google Classroom.
Homework
- Students will be expected to complete up to 20 minutes per subject per day. Not much homework is given on Fridays.
- Parents can refer to the Team Homework Calendar and Google Classroom for information about homework assignments.
Late Work
- Submission Window: Students will have one week from the original due date to submit late assignments.
- Penalties: Late submissions will receive partial credit, points will be determined by each teacher.
- Absolute Deadline: Work will no longer be accepted after the one-week late submission window has closed.
Test Retakes / Redo's
Test corrections and retakes will be allowed for Math assessments.
Infinite Campus Updates
The Infinite Campus grading system will be updated at least weekly for Math, Science, and History.
SURFER Time
Students are expected to bring a personal reading book to school and have it with them for silent reading during designated SURFER time, which takes place four days a week after lunch.

- The Summer Check-in Makeup day is Monday, August 11, from 8:00-11:00 a.m. in the main office.
- For 7th graders and new students, we will open the campus from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, August 11th, for you to come onto campus with your parent(s) to familiarize yourselves with the campus and find your classrooms.
- Print or write the class schedule on page 144 of the student planner.

Students and parents involved with Team Extreme Teachers should regularly check Google Classroom for updates and assignments. Students will use their school email to login.

- Importance: Google Classroom provides a centralized location for teachers to post announcements, assignments, and resources, and it allows for students to submit work and track their progress. This helps students stay organized and on top of their workload.
