Project Give

During the upcoming holidays, many retirement homes are not allowing visitors due to health restrictions. Arroyo Seco wants to collect notes for these residents and send them before Thanksgiving! Hart District Wellness Presents: Anxiety: How to Help

Covid-19 has definitely impacted our mental health at one point or another. Dr. Catherine Manuel, pediatrician will share information about adolescent development and anxiety. Monica Dedhia, Child Family Center therapist, will talk about what might be going on with students, and Danica Lynch, Yoga Yoga, will teach coping strategies and somatic awareness.
