Break Room Groups Available

Arroyo Seco is excited to offer students the opportunity to participate in groups that will run from 4-6 weeks. Some of the topics are similar to the Wellness Wednesdays, but students will get a more in depth look into strategies, and have time to process with a professional. If students are interested, the link is on the attached flier to sign up. We will reach out to parents for consent to participate before the first session.

New Student Care Line

In an effort to emotionally support our students, Seco's Student Care Line is available to offer support for mental health and wellness concerns. If you are struggling or know someone who is struggling, the Student Care Line will make early intervention possible, allowing for small problems to be handled before they become big problems. The number for the Student Care Line is 765-831-2754. In the event of a true emergency, after school hours, please contact the Sheriff’s Department or call 911.

Yearbooks Available to Purchase!

Yearbooks are available to purchase until March 19! Visit Arroyo Seco's Webstore to order for $40. Also, join Mr. Tracy's Yearbook Classroom to submit photos for this year's yearbook!

The new Regional Stay at Home Order allows school programs (cohorts, etc.) that are currently up and running to stay open. The Hart District will continue to offer small cohorts, intervention, special education testing, athletic conditioning, etc., at this time.

Building Community During Covid

We invite you to join us next Thursday for the Building Community During COVID virtual parent meeting.

The focus of these panel discussions is to find ways to support our children during an incredibly unique time in their lives. The panel will consist of community experts in childhood development to offer explanations of how the pandemic is impacting our children and strategies of how to help them stay motivated. Arroyo Seco staff will be on hand to offer solutions for helping your child stay organized and current on their schoolwork. We will also have guests each week giving us information and suggestions on ways to keep your child active.

While our focus will remain the same each week, our panel will change, so feel free to join us each time to hear different perspectives and a variety of approaches to working with your child.
